Chameleon Livestock Services was created by Vic Milbert and Pauline Delhez, two agronomists specialised in livestock systems, with complementary expertise in ruminant nutrition, farm performance, data analysis and scientific methodology.
Our work combines practical livestock knowledge, scientific thinking and a pragmatic approach to support farmers, companies, research teams and innovation projects in making better decisions and improving performance.
Whether the challenge requires boots in the field, a critical review of a research protocol, or a scientific report on the desk, we provide tailored support adapted to each context.
Our Story
Chameleon Livestock Services was born from a shared conviction: livestock systems need advice that is both scientifically sound and rooted in real farm conditions.
Vic brings strong field experience in ruminant nutrition, precision feeding and farm performance. Pauline brings expertise in livestock data analysis, biostatistics, study design and scientific communication.
Together, we support livestock stakeholders who need independent, targeted expertise, from practical farm-level questions to research, innovation and product development challenges.
Through this initiative, in 2026-2027 we also explore livestock systems across Africa, documenting farming practices, production models and local innovations while offering flexible consulting and analytical support to selected projects.

Vic Milbert
Ruminant Nutrition & Farm Performance Expert
Vic Milbert is a ruminant nutrition expert with more than 10 years of experience in the livestock sector.
Coming from a dairy farming family, he has a deep understanding of farm realities and regularly works directly on farms. His experience covers several areas of the livestock sector, including nutrition consulting for feed companies and farmers, technical and economic farm audits, farmhouse cheese production management, and technical-commercial advisory roles in feed additives and precision nutrition.
At Chameleon Livestock Services, Vic brings practical, field-oriented expertise in ruminant nutrition, precision feeding, farm performance and herd management.
Pauline Delhez
Livestock Data Analysis & Scientific Strategy Expert
Pauline Delhez is an agricultural engineer and PhD in Bioscience Engineering, specialised in livestock data analysis and biostatistics.
Born and raised on a dairy farm in Belgium, she later developed a professional interest in livestock systems that eventually shaped her scientific career. She has 10 years of experience in academic research and the animal health industry, including leading the biostatistics department of a veterinary CRO start-up.
Her work focuses on study design, data analysis, scientific reporting, and research methodology.
At Chameleon Livestock Services, Pauline supports projects requiring scientific structure, analytical thinking and clear communication of results.
